Can a woman younger than 40years give birth to a Little Human with Down syndrome?

Although The likelihood of giving birth to a child with Down syndrome increases with maternal age. (From 35years of age)

About 80% of babies with Down syndrome are born to women under 35 years of age because this age group gives birth most frequently.

Recent research also shows that Increased Paternal age also increases the risk of having a child with DS.

So the statement that ONLY women from 40years and above can give birth to a LH with DS is a MYTH.
